My
mom died more than ten years ago. Sometimes I had dreams about her particularly
before something good happens to me. However, from a couple months
ago, approximately most nights, 95% of the nights, she is in my dreams. The
dreams have repeated subjects and mostly are about a new house and sometimes adding
to that there is another subject too; a trip showing that I am preparing to
move.
As
I said mostly they are about a new house which showing she and my father (he is
alive and he is married now) bought a new house or have a house (each night in
different shapes but all very nice houses). I see that I am independent and
having another house (as what I am in reality). In some I am buying a house too but my parents and I discuss about
my situation to live in one of the rooms in their house. For example in one of
my dreams, they bought a new house and they gave me a room. In the dreams I always
have doubt about staying in their house- Thus I was trying to decide to live in
my house or to live in that room (this part that is related to getting this
decision is always in these dreams). Most of the dreams show that I plan to
move to another country (In reality I am a new immigrant). In my dreams I see
myself preparing to move to Canada
that I am living now.
I
am sure there is a message for me but I need help to find out what it is.
Interesting thing is that my daughter (she is 20 y/o now), have never had dream
of my mom, but last night she had a dream of my mom with a similar subject. The
dream shows that my mom and my father had a very beautiful house on water. I think she might try to tell
me something. Can you kindly help me to find her message or any meaning if
these dreams have, it does not matter if it is not good?
Hi shgh, sorry for the nearly month delay, I have not been keeping up here as I should.
Anyway, dreams of those who have passed are sometimes “visits” from them. However that is not always the case. Either way, the dreams seem to be about a new life of some sort, perhaps a new body. A house represents YOU and who you are both mentally and physically. A new house could mean a new start to life or perhaps changing who you are. This could also mean breaking from from traditions and cultures. Perhaps they are saying you are moving away from your culture whatever that is. In the part where they want you to stay in a room in their homes, it may then mean that they want you to remain true to your heritage or who you are ancestrally.
